What You’ll Learn
Therapeutic Yoga
Learn therapeutic yoga and stretching exercises to help improve mobility & flexibility in the hips, legs, and low back. Active stretching techniques are used in our classes as well to help cultivate lasting mobility in the body.

Core Stability & Hip Strengthening
Learn stabilizing exercises for the pelvis and strengthening exercises for the deep abdominal muscles & gluteal muscles. By stabilizing and strengthening these areas, the pelvis will be more aligned, resulting in less hip/lower back pain, and improved gait/posture.

Myofascial Release
Learn myofascial release and self-massage exercises using therapy balls. These techniques help to improve local blood flow, hydrate the tissues, and release tension/knots (trigger points) from tight muscles around the hips and lower body. Overall the muscles of the hips will be less tight and have improved contraction ability (improved motor tone & proprioception).
